Quintessentially Mexican/French-Canadian, Luckas is a content creator and filmmaker focused on pop-culture spy-fi content. Co-creator of the fantastical animated series Spaceman et Robotron (Teletoon) and co-creator of the French-Canadian docu-series Comme dans l’espace (UNIS TV), he was also the director on the successful comedy series Le sens du Punch! (UNIS TV).

With a background directing short films and documentaries, Luckas can be found on his YouTube channel PROTOKINO, making the “Filming Locations” video series, featuring iconic movie locations found in and around Los Angeles. His first success was the acclaimed mashup web-series Invasion: Battle for Earth. Also regularly posts content about pop-culture history (Star Trek: A Brief History) and creates supercuts (Every “Bond, James Bond”).

He lives in Los Angeles with his wife Lara and indestructible chorkie Lady Bird Johnson.
